I work in CRM every day. I teach project delivery from the field, not the textbook.
Learn Excel, SQL, Python, R and Power BI, then tell the story behind the numbers with clear reports and dashboards.
From teaching, finance, healthcare administration, sales or operations who want a structured route into a data analyst role.
Professionals who already live in Excel and want to work faster and deeper with SQL, Python and dashboards.
Managers, coordinators and specialists who need to analyse results and present them clearly to decision-makers.
Clean, organise and analyse data in Excel with formulas, lookups and pivot tables.
Write SQL queries to filter, join and summarise data from databases.
Use Python to clean, analyse and visualise data with libraries such as pandas.
Use R for statistical analysis and data visualisation.
Build interactive Power BI dashboards that update as data changes.
Apply basic statistics to spot trends, compare groups and avoid misleading conclusions.
Tell a clear story with data: choose the right chart, write insights and tailor them to the audience.
Document analysis so others can follow, check and repeat it.
Fellows finish with five portfolio pieces they can show employers.
Clean a messy sales dataset in Excel and build a summary report with pivot tables and charts.

PL-300 is the most widely recognised of the three for data analyst roles. Most fellows take it after finishing the Power BI course.
None. Basic computer skills and comfort with simple maths are enough. No coding background is needed.
Good written and spoken English.
A laptop or desktop computer and a reliable internet connection. A phone or tablet alone is not enough for the tools used. Power BI Desktop runs on Windows, so Mac users need a Windows setup or the online version.
Study from anywhere, on your own schedule, through the FairChild learning portal.
Every course ends with practical work, and the projects build a portfolio employers can review.
Finish in 6 months on the accelerated track or spread the work over 12 months.
Connect with other FairChild fellows working through the same courses.
Pair the program with Guided Mentorship & Career Development, or join through the FairChild Fellowship, for interview preparation and career coaching.
